Production

Made to order: please allow 5-10 business days for printing before dispatch.

Delivery

Australia: free delivery on every order, usually 3–10 business days after dispatch.

International: one charge per order, set by the largest presentation in your cart: prints $35, mounted prints $60, canvas $95, acrylic $180. Usually 7–21 business days after dispatch. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

Damaged in transit

Please check your artwork when it arrives. If it is damaged, email info@rudibat.com within 7 days with photos of the artwork and packaging, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Change of mind

Each artwork is printed to order for you, so we can't offer refunds for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or not as described.

Colour

Screens vary. We print to a calibrated standard, but small differences between your screen and the finished print are normal.
